Dustin was born in Throckmorton Tx. He was the youngest of 6 children .He was met at heavens gate by Paternal Grandfather Ray D. Fitzer & Maternial grandfather Fred A. Landrum .Also both sets of great grandparents. He is survived by his mother,two brothers and two sisters, 6 nephews and 1 neice. He preceeded in death one sister Becky lynn Fitzer-Groves and his Dad Ray A. Fitzer.Also his paternal grandmother Cleo T.Fitzer and his maternal grandmother Jewell I.Haggard.
He Died of a blunt head trauma in a boating accident of being slung off a tube and hitting the rock dam at Lake Waurika in Jefferson county OK.
He is so missed by many friends and family.
